Accessibility means the non-average user can understand your site as well.

Creating a website is easy. Creating a site where the user can find the information she needs while being nice to look at is more difficult.

Our Design style emphasizes both usability and accessibility - it easier to plan for usability and accessibility at the beginning of site development that it is to go back and fix it. It's also easy to go crazy with links and flash and music - but if you focus on what your users want and make it easy to get you will have a usable site.
